Ordering and Shipping & Handling

We use a secure shopping cart system created by PayPal, a large and highly trusted payment processing vendor for internet transactions which is a subsidiary of EBay. It functions like most shopping cart systems and is compatible with most browsers (see below). If you have any concerns or problems using this system, email us your order and we'll figure out how to get you what you want. See below for paying by check or money order.

Adding to Cart: When you click the "Add to Cart" button next to any Luck Factory item a new window should open containing your "cart" and the item(s) you have selected. To continue shopping you can leave this window open in the background or close it.

Clicking additional "Add to Cart" buttons will add additional items to your cart and you should see this in your shopping cart. You can change the quantity you want of a particular item by changing the quantity in the box or you can delete items entirely from your cart by checking the box next to the quantity and then clicking on update.

Viewing Cart: If you have closed the cart window or if you have closed your browser and restarted you can click the "View Cart" button towards the bottom of any merchandise page. It should contain any items you left in the cart from earlier sessions if you did not check out previously.

Shipping and Handling: Our standard shipping and handling charge for the US and Canada of $5.25 will be added during the checkout process. We ship by mail and standard shipping can take anywhere from 2 days to 3 weeks depending on size and weight of the item(s) ordered. Three to 5 days is typical. If you have a deadline for a party or event, please let us know. Additional services -- Priority Mail, Express Mail or shipping to the UK, Europe, Japan, Singapore, or Australia -- can be added during the check out process. The cost for the shipping options is below. If you live somewhere else, let us know and we'll look into the cost to ship to you. Certain Restrictions May Apply: Orders over approximately 10 lbs. may require payment of additional shipping costs by you. Certain items will require additional payments for Express Mail. These are the 6-inch Cat Banks, Shou Shan Stone Laughing Buddha and other bulky or heavy items.

Special Shipping Restrictions on Larger or Bulkier Items to Europe and Asia: Because of the cost of shipping heavier or bulkier items outside of the U.S., certain items on the web site require additional shipping charges. Please inquire about these costs BEFORE ordering.  We will send you an estimate of the shipping charge and an electronic "invoice" you can pay by credit card. Overseas orders that do not fit in the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail flat rate envelope will require payment of additional shipping costs by you. We reserve the right to refuse shipments to countries which do not use the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail service or for which we have an unfavorable history of shipments being lost in transit.

Checking out: You can check out at any time using Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express cards. (Corporate Amercian Express users may not be able to use this site because many corporate users have a block on on-line purchases.) You do not need to use PayPal or be a PayPal member! (During the checkout process you can create a PayPal account but you probably won't notice or care and don't need to.)

Browser issues: You must be able to accept and use cookies for this cart to work. Also, people with older WebTV systems have told us they do not see the cart but we have not verified this. If you have any concerns or problems, email us your order and we'll figure out how to get you what you want.

U.S. Shipping Options

Priority Mail (2-3 Days) with Delivery Confirmation; $8.25 total. Certain restrictions may apply (see above). This $3.00 upgrade is free for U.S. orders of merchandise over $35.00 before shipping and handling.

Express Mail (Overnight or 2 Days) - Please add your phone number in comments section of order; $19.00 Total. Certain restrictions may apply (see above).

To Ship Regular Mail Outside the U.S. and Canada

Shipping to UK, Most of Europe, Japan, Singapore, or Australia; $20.00 Extra. We only ship to countries that accept Global Priority Mail. Certain restrictions may apply (see above).
